The Court advises that the form VN233 was revised July 2019 and it now requires that if the Conservatee is a client of Tri-Counties Regional Center, the Conservator shall attach a copy of the most recent Individual Program Planning (IPP) report from Tri-Counties Regional Center.
If the IPP report is filed before the hearing, no appearance will be required. The next Biennial Status Report shall be filed on or before 6/02/22, and set for filing/sufficiency hearing on 7/05/22, 10:30 AM, J6.
The clerk shall give notice.
