Re: Defendant's motion to amend her answer
Grant defendant Lisa Farrell's motion to amend her answer. CCP §473(a)(1).
1. Defendant may file her proposed amended answer forthwith. It should be relabeled (handwriting okay) as the defendant's First Amended Answer (use of the term "supplemental answer" is legally confusing.)
2. Plaintiff's attorneys filed a notice of non-opposition to this motion.
3. Since the Court cannot take apart the filed motion, a fresh copy of the lst amended anwswer should be filed forthwith.
