The Attorney Fee Declaration by Robert Baskin fails to comply with the CRC 7.751 & 7.702 elements however, in the best interest of the conservatorship matter, the Court will approve the attorneys fees and cost incurred by Conservatee's attorneys in the amount of $3,555.00 and costs of $107.50, as they are eminently reasonable.
Based on the ending balance of $284,859 with projected income of $45,000 plus bond recovery amount it appears the bond should be increased. The bond shall be increased by $130,000 to $363,475.00. Petitioner to make an ex parte petition to increase bond immediately upon occurrence of facts making additional bond necessary CRC 7.204(a) & Prob. C. §2320.1.

The next account period (11/30/20 - 11/29/22) shall be due on or before 1/30/23 and set for hearing on 3/21/23, 9:00AM, J6.
