2. APPROVE the request for advanced payment of statutory attorney fees at this time, but will limit the amount to $10,000.

3. APPROVE the request for extraordinary fees of $53,078 to Danny T. Morin, Esq., and $1,032.00 to Sacks, Glazier, Franklin & Lodise LLP.
