The Petition (ROA # 1, 6, 16, 22, 29, 38) of Petitioner J.G. Wentworth Originations, LLC ("Petitioner") to approve the transfer of structured settlement payment rights by and between Tara Cooper, as transferor, and J.G. Wentworth Originations, LLC, as transferee, pursuant to California Insurance Code 10134 et seq., is GRANTED.
