TENTATIVE RULING

Defendant Walmart Inc.'s unopposed motions to compel plaintiff's responses written discovery and to compel plaintiff's deposition are GRANTED.

Within 30 days from the date of service of this order, plaintiff must serve his responses to the form and special interrogatories, request for production, and request for admission without objections. Code Civ. Proc. §§ 2030.290(a) & 2031.300(a). Within the same time period plaintiff must also produce all documents responsive to defendant's document request. Id. § 2031.300. In addition, all matters set forth in plaintiff's request for admissions (set one) are deemed admitted. Code Civ. Proc. § 2033.280(b) & (c).

Plaintiff is ordered to submit to a deposition at a mutually agreeable date and time, but no later than August 31, 2020. Code Civ. Proc. § 2025.450(a).
