TENTATIVE RULING

Susan Lin's ("plaintiff") motion for attorneys' fees and costs is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.

Background

On October 1, 2019, the plaintiff accepted Trilogy Homeowners Association's ("HOA") Offer to Compromise pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Section 998 ("998 Offer"). ROA # 27 [stipulation to extend dismissal date]. According to the 998 Offer, defendant was required to pay plaintiff, inter alia, "California Code of Civil Procedure § 1033.5 costs and reasonably incurred attorney's fees incurred to date," to be determined by noticed motion. ROA # 23 [Sweet Decl.], ¶ 5 and Ex. 2. Plaintiff now seeks attorneys' fees of $32,527.04 for 77.60 hours of work, plus costs of $1,343.04. Schindler Decl. ¶¶ 5-8, 22.
