Lenden F. Webb ("Movant")'s motion to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiffs Nitin Jain and Jewels Bazar, Inc. (collectively, "Plaintiffs") is granted.

Movant cites: (1) a material breakdown in the attorney-client relationship; and (2) Plaintiffs' breach of a material term of an agreement with, or obligation, to Movant relating to the representation. The foregoing constitutes grounds to grant the motion. See Cal. R. Prof. Conduct 1.16(b)(4), (b)(5). The court further finds that Movant has complied with California Code of Civil Procedure § 284(2) and California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362.

Plaintiffs fail to attach a proof of service to their opposition. See Cal. R. Ct. 3.1300. The court would nevertheless grant the application notwithstanding the foregoing procedural deficiency. To start, the court lacks authority to expedite Mr. Jain and his wife's visa applications.
