Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor Prakash Doshi ("Plaintiff")'s motion to charge Defendant/Judgment Debtor Harsh Desai ("Defendant")'s transferable interests in Vista Hospitality Group, LLC and Escondido Hospitality Group, LLC (collectively, the "LLCs") is granted. See Cal. Code Civ. P. § 708.310; Cal. Corp. Code § 17705.03(a).

Defendant's evidentiary objections are overruled.

Defendant's opposition is unavailing. First, Plaintiff provides substantial evidence of Defendant's interests in the LLCs based upon his personal knowledge and Defendant's deposition testimony.

Second, the motion is not premature. On July 16, 2020, the court entered judgment in Plaintiff's favor (ROA No. 25). That same day, Plaintiff served Defendant's former attorney, Sky Resendes, with notice of entry of judgment (ROA No. 26). Defendant did not file a timely notice of appeal. See Cal. R.
