Plaintiff Prakash Doshi ("Plaintiff")'s motion for a charging order against Defendant Harsh Desai ("Defendant")'s transferable interests in Vista Hospitality Group, LLC and Escondido Hospitality Group, LLC (collectively, the "LLCs") is granted.
The court construes Defendant's lack of opposition as a concession of the motion's merits. In addition, the court finds that Plaintiff has satisfied the requirements of California Code of Civil Procedure § 708.310 and California Corporation Code § 17705.03(a) for issuance of a charging order against Defendant's transferable interests in the LLCs to satisfy the outstanding judgment. This order constitutes a lien on Defendant's transferable interests in the LLCs and requires the LLCs to pay over to Plaintiff any distributions that would otherwise be paid to Defendant. See Cal. Corp. Code § 17705.03(a).
