Plaintiff's motion to compel responses to discovery is granted. Defendants Charles Romano, Robert Romano and Harold Balkowski shall serve verified responses without objections to the form interrogatories, special interrogatories and the request for production of documents and provide the requested documents by 4/24/17. Cal. Civil Code of Procedure §§ 2030.290(b) and 2031.300(b). The Court may award sanctions in favor of a party who files a motion to compel discovery, even though no opposition was filed or the requested discovery was provided to the moving party after the motion was filed. Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 3.1348(a). Defendants shall pay reasonable attorney's fees to Plaintiff in the amount of $1,500.
