Plaintiffs' motion for the Court to issue turnover and assignment orders and to amend certain orders is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.

Background

Plaintiffs move the Court to issue orders that would accomplish the following: garnish shareholder dividends that Patrick McInerney received in the last three years; garnish all profits earned by the companies in the last three years; assign fifty percent of all accounts receivable monies; include McInerney & Co. in the non-diversion assets order; require McInerney and the companies to provide an accounting every thirty days; and to designate the family trust as an additional judgment debtor.
