TENTATIVE RULING:

(1) Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Further Responses to Plaintiffs' Second Request for Production of Documents to San Diego Logistics and (2) Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel Further Responses to Plaintiffs' Second Request for Production of Documents to Pla-Art International, Inc. dba San Diego Cold Storage are GRANTED, in part.

The documents sought in Requests Nos. 74 and 75 as to San Diego Logistics, and Requests Nos. 31 and 21 as to Pla-Art International, Inc. dba San Diego Cold Storage ("SDCS") seek general ledgers, balance sheets, and bank statements. The documents sought are relevant at a minimum as to the cause of action for an accounting.

Defendants' objection regarding over breadth and oppression are overruled as the difficulties in redacting information that is not pertinent to trucking operations are unnecessary given that there is a signed protective order in place. While the declaration of Ms. Tahilramani explains........
