Plaintiff Maz Youssef's Motion to Compel San Diego Tire and Wheel Outlet, LLC's Further Responses to Request for Production of Documents, Compliance and Sanctions is granted in part. The motion is granted as to Requests for Production Nos. 2, 3, 9 and 14. Defendant has already agreed to produce relevant documents but has not yet done so. Defendant shall produce documents no later than February 24, 2017.
The court will hear from the parties regarding RPD Nos. 4, 5, 8, 12, and 13 and whether the issues surrounding access to the TABS system have been resolved. With regard to RPD Nos. 12 and 13, Defendant has already agreed to produce the information and Defendant has failed to establish it is proprietary and not discoverable.
