Judgment Debtor Christopher Alexander's Motion for Protective Order is granted, in part. On August 21, 2020, the Court granted Judgment Creditor Scripps Health DBA Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla's (Scripps) Motions to Compel Post-Judgment Written Interrogatories (Set One) and Request for Production of Documents (Set One) and ordered Alexander to respond to the discovery by September 30, 2020. (ROA 625.) No protective order was issued at that hearing. Alexander now seeks a protective order for his discovery responses. Scripps filed a limited opposition, requesting that its proposed protective order be entered. (See, Schroedter Decl., at Ex. C.)

In post-judgment discovery, interrogatories and demands for inspections of documents may be enforced, to the extent practicable, in the same manner as interrogatories and demands for inspections in a civil action. (C.C.P., §§ 708.020(c); 708.030(c).)

Although Alexander did not promptly seek this protective order, the Court finds good cause
