The Application of Judgment Creditor for Sale of the interest of Judgment Debtor, Rita Boghairi, is GRANTED.
Preliminary Matters
At the last hearing, Boghairi requested a continuance to submit additional evidence. The Court granted the request. Boghairi timely submitted additional evidence and judgment creditor submitted a reply. ROA ## 333, 341. Thereafter, on October 29, Boghairi appeared ex parte and requested the Court to consider additional documents. The Court denied the request because, among other reasons, the ex parte was not filed timely and proper notice was not given. ROA # 345.
Apparently Boghairi also filed a motion for continuance, but it was rejected because it had not been calendared. # 344.
