The Court issues the following tentative ruling in advance of the Case Management Conference scheduled for January 8, 2021 at 10:30 a.m.
The Court confirmed receipt of the Joint Case Management Statement filed on December 21, 2020 requesting a continuance. The Court granted motion.
The Case Management Conference-Complex hearing is therefore continued to April 9, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. in this department. The parties shall file an updated joint statement via email to Dept.31@saccourt.ca.gov by 14 days prior to the hearing.
Pursuant to Local Rule 1.06(B), parties requesting to be heard must call the court and opposing parties by 4:00 p.m. on the court day before the hearing. Additionally, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact that parties and court personnel may be working remotely, parties requesting to be heard must also email the court (Dept31@saccourt.ca.gov) and the opposing parties.
