The Court issues the following tentative ruling in advance of the compliance hearing set for July 1, 2020, at 9:00 a.m., by remote appearance in Department 40.
The Court has received the Amended Declaration of Nick Castro Regarding Disbursement, dated June 23, 2020 (Castro Declaration).
No appearance is required under the following conditions:
The Castro Declaration represents that all disbursements have been made in conformance with the July 17, 2019 Order Granting Final Approval of Class Action Settlement, including disbursement of the un-cashed amount to the Controller of the State of California, Unclaimed Property Division. Therefore, the Court considers this matter closed and no further hearings are necessary.
Plaintiff is ordered to notify all counsel/parties of this Tentative Ruling.
