Good cause appearing and no opposition having been received, proposed intervener Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania's motion to intervene is GRANTED. Intervener's pleading in intervention shall be filed upon presentment to the clerk and payment of the requisite filing fee. Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania was the workers' compensation carrier for Paragon Systems, Inc., and became and continues to be obligated to provide benefits to and on behalf of Plaintiff, an employee of Paragon at the time of the subject accident. Accordingly, the Court determines that Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania has a sufficient interest in this litigation to warrant intervention.
