The Court issues the following tentative ruling for the hearing on September 13, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. regarding the motion for final approval of class action settlement filed by Plaintiff Esther Givens nee Jenkins, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated.

NOTICE:

Telephonic appearances will be permitted for purposes of this hearing. Please be advised there is a $30.00 fee for court reporting services, which must be paid at the time of the hearing, for each civil proceeding lasting less than one hour. (Gov.
