Good cause appearing and no opposition having been received, proposed intervener Access General Insurance Company's ("Access General") motion to intervene is GRANTED. Intervener's pleading in intervention shall be filed upon presentment to the clerk and payment of the requisite filing fee. Access General's request for judicial notice is granted.

Access General insured Jose Acosta, the defendant in the underlying litigation related to a traffic accident on April 2, 2015. An insurance company may intervene on behalf of its insured when the insurance carrier may be subject to a subsequent action to enforce an adverse judgment against its insured. (Ins. Code § 11580.) Accordingly, the Court determines that Access General has a sufficient interest in this litigation to warrant intervention.
