Proposed intervener Rajiv Gujral's motion to intervene in this action under CCP 387 is GRANTED for the reasons set forth below. The pleading in intervention shall be filed upon presentment to the clerk and payment of the requisite filing fee.

In this action, plaintiff seek to recover a brokerage commission he alleges is due as a result of defendants' purchase of the Pala Mesa Golf Resort in Fallbrook California.
