Good cause appearing, and no opposition having been received, proposed intervenor, Probuilders Specialty Insurance Company, RRG's, motion to intervene is GRANTED. Intervenor's pleading in intervention shall be filed upon presentment to the clerk and payment of the requisite filing fee. The Court finds good cause for intervention as intervenor is insurer for cross-defendant, Framecon Inc. Framecon Inc. is a forfeited Nevada corporation. It is not able to appear on its own behalf in Court. Intervenor, as its insurer, is potentially liable for any adverse judgment. As a consequence, the court determines that intervener has a sufficient interest in the litigation to warrant intervention under CCP 387.
