Plaintiff Venetta Clepper (hereinafter "Plaintiff" ) moves to consolidate Clepper v. Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, No. 34-2011-00101310, a civil action, with Federal National Mortgage Association v. Clepper, No. 11 UD00250 , an unlawful detainer action. U.S. Bank National Association, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, and Federal National Mortgage Association (hereinafter "Defendants") oppose the motion. For the reasons set forth below the motion to consolidate is GRANTED. Clepper v. Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, No. 34-2011-00101310 shall be the lead case. The case management program judge assigned to the lead case shall preside over the consolidated cases. The case management time lines applicable to the lead case shall apply to both cases. The current trial date in the unlawful detainer action shall be vacated.
