TENTATIVE RULING:
The motion of defendant Sharon Scofield, Trustee of the Sharon Scofield Family Trust, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 685.070(c), to tax the attorneys' fees as costs of judgment enforcement and post-judgment accrued interest claimed by Plaintiffs Hammer Lane R.V. & Mini-Storage, LP, Hammer Lane Management, LLC, Richard Samra, Co-Trustee of the Richard and Ravinder Samra Family Trust, Bernard C. Kooyman, Co-Trustee of the Bernard C. Kooyman and Donna K. Kooyman Revocable Living Trust, is granted in part as set forth below.
