Petitioner here has shown that the requirements for attachment under C.C.P. §483.010 and §484.090 are met. The Right to Attach Order and Writ of Attachment as requested here shall issue, for the requested sum of $142,628.33, upon Petitioner’s filing of a bond or undertaking in accordance with C.C.P. § 489.201 et seq, in the amount of $10,000. The Temporary Protective Order issued on 9/29/20 shall also remain in place under the terms stated therein.
