Plaintiff filed a Petition to Compel Mediation and Binding Arbitration on December 10, 2020, which is noticed to be heard on February 8, 2021. In the interests of justice and judicial efficiency, the Court continues the matters, set forth below, until the petition for an order to arbitrate has been determined.
On the Court’s own motion, the hearing on the Demurrer by Defendants Alec Glasser, AJG Property, L.P., The Drake in Laguna, LLC, and Matthew Timmes (“Defendants”) to the First Amended Complaint, as well as the hearing on Defendants’ Motion to Strike Portions of First Amended Complaint, are continued from January 11, 2021 to March 15, 2021 at 1:30 PM in Dept. C32. (ROA 95, 100.) The continuance does not reopen the deadlines for briefing, which have already passed; accordingly, no additional briefing is permitted.
