Ruling:
Defendants’ motion for entry of judgment is DENIED as unripe. (Code Civ. Proc., § 438.)
The court’s August 24, 2020 Minute Order is hereby VACATED only to the extent it provides Plaintiff 15 days leave to amend the Complaint.
Plaintiff is hereby granted 30 days leave to amend the Complaint. Should Plaintiff wish to address the deficiencies identified in the court’s August 24, 2020 ruling on the Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint 30 days from the service of notice of this ruling.
This order renders Moving Defendants’ motion for entry of judgment unripe. Even if this court had considered Defendants’ motion based on the 08/24/2020 minute order as originally issued, the motion was nevertheless file........
