Plaintiff Katherine Pak’s (“Plaintiff”) Motion to quash subpoenas for Plaintiff’s medical and billing records issued by defendant Deborah Silverstein (“Defendant”) to Melody Women’s Health is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part, as follows. This case arises from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on or about 1/17/2018 in Costa Mesa, California in which Plaintiff (and plaintiff Julie Pak) allegedly suffered injuries.
Plaintiff moves to quash the third-party subpoenas for documents served by Defendant on 12/18/20 on Melody Women’s Health (the “Subpoenas”). (Motion, Ex. 1.)
