Petitioner Quality Loan Service Corp.’s (“Petitioner”) unopposed Motion to Deposit Surplus Funds with the Court in the amount of $94,395.80 (“Motion”), is continued to 10/02/20.
While Petitioner has provided the additional information previously requested by the Court, there are a couple discrepancies the Court an additional declaration on:
1) there are contradicting statements about a claim received from Robert Thomas and a Thomas G. Buckowski (Podmenik Decl. ¶ 6), which is then changed to a receipt of no written claims received by Robert Thomas and a Thomas G. Buckowski. Supp. Podmenik Decl. ¶ 8.
2) Exhibit F (Decl. of Thomas Buckowski) to the Supp. Podmenik Decl. indicates there are four attached exhibits (A through D), however those exhibits were not produced to the Court.
Petitioner is directed to file a supplemental declaration explaining the above discrepancies and attaching the missing exhibits
