Moving Corporate Defendant
As a preliminary matter, defense counsel acknowledges that El Toro Warehouse, Inc. is a suspended corporation, and informs the court that El Toro Warehouse, Inc. was named by mistake or inadvertence as a moving party on the demurrer and motion to strike. (Reply, at p. 2, fn. 1.) Defense counsel indicates that Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP only represents Defendant Jose E. Bonilla, not Defendant El Toro Warehouse, Inc.
Based upon defense counsel’ representation, the Clerk is ordered to indicate in the Court’s records that Defendant El Toro Warehouse, Inc. is not represented by Abir Cohen Treyzon Salo, LLP and has not responded to the Complaint.
