The plaintiff advised the court that he served “responsive documents” on January 23 (ROA 75), and the defendant advised the court that the plaintiff “produced responsive documents subject to its motion” (ROA 77).
The plaintiff is ORDERED to pay monetary discovery sanctions in the amount of $400 to the defendant within 30 days.
The defendant shall give notice.
