Motion for Order Correcting Judgment
Provent, LLC’s (“Plaintiff”), unopposed Motion for Order Correcting Judgment (“Motion”) is Granted.
Pursuant to a motion brough under CCP § 473(d), the Court may correct clerical mistakes in judgments entered. In reviewing the Court’s Judgment in this matter 11/13/19, the Court finds there were clerical errors in calculating the Judgment award based on the stipulated facts between the parties as well as the evidence of damages. Darrow Decl. ¶¶ 2-6, Exs. A-D.
The Court hereby corrects solely the following portion of the award from:
“$46,482 plus $8,963 in prejudgment interest to November 13, 2019, on the breach of contract action. The court dismisses all remaining causes of action. Total judgment of $56,0413”
To:
“$52,982 plus $9,101.28 in prejudgment interest to November 13, 2019, on the breach of contract action. The court dismisses all remaining causes of action. Total judgment of $62,083.28.”
