Attorney John M. Pierce and the law firm of Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht, LLP (collectively “Counsel”) bring a motion to withdraw as counsel of record for defendants. The motion is GRANTED as to defendant Daniel E. Catullo, III and DENIED without prejudice as to defendants The City Drive Group, LLC (“CDG”), and The City Drive Films, LLC (“CDF”).
