Production of Documents, Set One, Nos. 14 and 15 Defendant Eagle Home Mortgage, LLC’s motion to compel further responses to its Requests for Production, Set One, Nos. 14 and 15 from Plaintiff Laurie Faasua is GRANTED. Plaintiff is ordered to provide responsive documents to RFPs 14 and 15 by no later than August 31, 2020. Per the limitations identified in Defendant’s moving papers, the response period for both requests extends from October 10, 2017 to April 2, 2018. As to RFP 15 only, the response period is further limited to cover only records from days Plaintiff actually worked, and Plaintiff may redact the phone numbers associated with personal calls, texts or other messages. Finally, as to both requests, Plaintiff may designate her production confidential under the existing protective order.
