Motion for prejudgment possession. The court find that Plaintiff is entitled to take the property by eminent domain and has deposited pursuant to Article 1 (commencing with Section 1255.010) an amount that satisfies the requirements of that article. Accordingly, Plaintiff’s motion for prejudgment possession of Parcels 202054-1, 202054-2 and 202054-3 is granted.
Application for withdrawal of probable compensation. Pursuant to CCP § 1255.210, Defendant Capistrano Holding Company, Inc.’s unopposed application to withdraw $210,000 is granted.
