Tentative Ruling: (1) The Court GRANTS Defendants, R&R Accounting and Tax Services, Inc, Green 60 Payroll Services, Inc., Sohrab Rowshan’s Motion to Continue Trial.
Defendants have made an affirmative showing of good cause to support a continuance of the trial date. (California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1332(c)-(d).) However, the Court finds the requested six- month continuance, from January 25, 2021, to on or after July 19, 2021, is not warranted.
The trial is CONTINUED to 4-5-2021, Dept. C11, at 2 pm. All pre-trial deadlines, including discovery and motion deadlines to be continued based on the new trial date. Mandatory Settlement Conference continued to 3-12-2021, Dept. C11, at 2 pm.
