Grant moving party Patriot Environmental Services, Inc.'s Requests for Judicial Notice. (Evid. Code 452, 453.)
Sustain Patriot's demurrer to the complaint on grounds of uncertainty, with leave to amend. (CCP 430.10(f).) It is not possible to tell the nature of Plaintiff's claims against defendant Patriot given the use of "Defendants" throughout the Complaint.
The motion to strike is moot.
A first amended complaint may be filed and served no later than August 2, 2017.
