Ashkay Vummannagari’s motion to quash subpoena duces tecum of records is granted.
As a preliminary matter, the Court notes that Vummannagari seeks to quash four subpoenas. The motion is in actuality four motions. Vummannagari only submitted one motion fee. The Court orders Vummannagari to submit to the Clerk’s Office payment of three additional motion fees, no later than September 27, 2019.
The Court sustains Vummannagari’s evidentiary objection to Adam Sorini’s report.
