Plaintiff’s unopposed Motion to Seal Mutual Release Agreement Previously Filed is granted. A confidential settlement agreement can qualify for sealing, and plaintiff has established the criteria set forth in CRC Rule 2.550(d). Plaintiff must refile the Declaration of Stephen E. Blaine in Support of Application for Writ of Attachment originally filed on December 6, 2016, but without its Exhibit 1b. Upon such filing, the clerk is ordered to seal the Blaine Declaration and its exhibits as filed on December 6, 2016 (ROA #18).
Moving party is ordered to give notice of the ruling unless notice is waived.
