Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record
The Court grants the Motion by Michael R. Fehner Esq. of Irell & Manella LLP to withdraw as counsel for Cross-Defendant West Coast Highway, LLC (“West Coast”).
The Court orders Mr. Fehner to file a new proposed order with updated hearing dates within 5 days.
After the Court signs the orders, Mr. Fehner is ordered to serve the signed order on West Coast and all parties in this case and to file proofs of such service with the court.
Mr. Fehner will not be relieved of representation until he has filed these proofs of service.
The Court cautions West Coast that, as a corporate entity, it cannot appear in this action in pro per; it must be represented by counsel.
Accordingly, the Court sets an OSC re Status of Counsel for West Coast for April 5, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in Department C32.
Ms. Fehner is ordered to serve notice of this order.
