The unopposed motion of Richard E. Buck and Lisa L. Castellanet to be relieved as counsel of record for plaintiffs and cross-defendants Allied Construction Group, Inc., Kourosh Ghazioff dba Stalwart Co., Suretec Indemnity Company and Wesco Insurance Company is granted. However, the motion is moot as to Suretec due to a Substitution of Attorney filed on 11/30/2016. Thus, the motion is granted only as to Allied, Ghazioff and Wesco. The Order will be effective upon the filing of a proof of service showing service of the signed Order on all three of the clients as to whom this motion is granted.
