RECOMMENDED RULING:
The motion by Proposed Intervenor, AutoCrib, Inc. for leave to intervene is CONTINUED to June 20, 2018. AutoCrib is ORDERED to file a proposed complaint in intervention, complete with exhibits referenced and incorporated therein within 10 court days, and serve it on all parties allowing them enough time to oppose if they feel the need.
CCP 387(c) states that the petition to intervene shall include a copy of the proposed complaint in intervention. AutoCrib’s proposed complaint in intervention, attached as Exhibit E to the Declaration of Paul B. George in support of its motion, attaches and incorporates by reference Exhibits 1-3. However, the exhibits are not attached. Therefore, the proposed complaint in intervention is incomplete. Intervenor is to give notice.
