TENTATIVE RULING: The Court continued this matter to allow the conservator to provide additional information about the following: (1) outline/detail other options that may be in the conservatee’s best interests due to the Court’s concern about the costs related to the conservatee’s placement and care (Assist on Call); (2) the renter residing at the Carol Drive property who is paying $800 per month, which is well below market value; (3) entries for February 11, 2019, and March 13, 2019, for “Attorney fees for Stanley Price” in the amount of $435, $3,173, and $2,560 on page 21 of the PDF of the accounting because it was unclear why these attorney’s fees are being paid under this conservatorship or whether they were approved by a court order; (4) the sufficiency of the bond because the accounting did not mention it; and (4) whether the conservator’s profes
