STAGNER CONSTRUCTION, INC’S CROSS-COMPLAINT
TENTATIVE RULING: The motion is GRANTED IN PART. Defendant and Cross-
Complainant Stagner Construction, Inc. (Stagner) is granted 10 days’ leave from the date of
entry of this order to file the Proposed First Amended Cross-Complaint in the form attached as
Exhibit A to the Declaration of Eric E. Kim. Stagner’s request to have the document attached as
an exhibit to a declaration be deemed the official pleading is DENIED, as it is cumbersome to
the Court to have pleadings buried within other documents.
