BACKGROUND

This is a breach of contract action. Plaintiff Cab West LLC dba Ford Motor Credit Company LLC (“Plaintiff”) alleges Defendant Armen Hakopian (“Hakopian”) entered into a contract with Plaintiff’s assignor, Galpin Motors, Inc. for the lease of a 2018 Ford Expedition (“Vehicle”) on October 16, 2018. Plaintiff alleges Defendant defaulted on the contract by failing to make the agreed upon installment payments and failing to maintain physical damage insurance for protection of the Vehicle.
