The Court’s file does not reflect that Petitioner, Maria Casado, obtained an order appointing her as guardian ad litem for the claimant. Accordingly, the hearing on this petition is continued to 2/11/21 at 1:30 p.m. in Department SS-29. Counsel is ordered to obtain an order appointing Maria Casado as guardian ad litem prior to the hearing.
