Plaintiff’s motion for assignment order is GRANTED.

BACKGROUND:

On June 22, 2020, Plaintiff Barry Friedberg commenced this action by filing a statement confessing judgment by Defendant Radar Pictures, LLC. Defendant Radar Pictures confesses judgment in favor of Plaintiff Barry Friedberg in the principal sum of $1,576,586.22 as of June 1, 2020, with the judgment bearing interest at a rate of 10%, compounded daily. (Statement Confessing Judgment, p. 2:1-4.)

On June 22, 2020, the court clerk entered judgment by confession in favor of Plaintiff against Defendant, in the following amount:
