Sometime around 1982: Plaintiff’s mother [“ANITA JOHNSON”] allegedly leased
residential premises from Defendants. She claims there was never a
rental agreement. Apparently, Ms. JOHNSON shared the premises with
Plaintiff until they were evicted in an unlawful detainer proceeding in
2017 [?].
March 22, 2017: Luxurious LLC, a defendant in the present case, filed a
complaint for unlawful detainer against Anita Johnson (LASC Case No.
17U03069). (RJN, Exhibit B). The complaint alleged that Luxurious was
