I. Demurrers by Defendants Bradley J. Friedman, M.D. and Bradley J. Friedman, M.D., Inc. to Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint are OVERRULED. Defendants are ordered to answer within 30 days of the date of this order.

In the First Amended Complaint, Plaintiff alleges that she went to Dr. Friedman’s office to obtain Botox injections and specifically informed Dr. Friedman and his staff that she did not want injections of cosmetic fillers. Plaintiff was informed that she would be receiving a Botox injection, but Dr. Friedman injected a filler without her consent, causing personal injuries and emotional distress. Dr. Friedman’s office charged Plaintiff’s credit card $4300 for the unwanted and unconsented to treatment. Plaintiff further alleges that Defendants has committed multiple medical batteries as a practice in the course of their cosmetic dermatology practice and have fraudulently induced patients to obtain cos........
